Development work begins after project scope, timeline, and pricing are agreed upon in writing (email or signed proposal). Pricing shown on this website is indicative; final pricing is confirmed per project.

Changes to agreed scope may affect timelines and cost, and will be communicated before work proceeds.

Domain registrations and hosting plans are subject to the policies of the underlying registrar or hosting provider we work with. Renewal is the client's responsibility unless a maintenance plan states otherwise.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party registrars, hosting providers, or infrastructure outside our control.

Payment terms (e.g., milestone-based or upfront/final split) are agreed on a per-project basis before work begins.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (code, designs) transfers to the client, excluding any third-party libraries, frameworks, or licensed assets used in the build.

MyMobileIdeaStudio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered software, websites, domains, or hosting services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
